Routing For User Selection Within FlowWright

FlowWright provides several different task routing steps. Now, we have added a new “Route for user selection” task step. A task can now be configured for multiple user selections, and once a task is routed then it will appear with many selections. The selections that are actually made are then stored within variables, and these variables can be used with other task routing steps in the same process flow.

In some processes, tasks are not directly assigned to users. This new feature lets users themselves select who to send a task to. One customer with a "change notice approval system" uses this approach to allow document control specialists to select change notice approvers from a list so that the approval tasks are routed to the appropriate people.

There are many advantages to using this step - it allows routing processes be dynamic. Try this new feature and let us know how it works for you! Have questions? Let's Talk!
